Select the printer of choice. Such as Laser xx00 series.
Click Setup.
Now click Use Generic from the menu. This sets up the printer with a generic driver. You can choose a specific driver if you know that printer driver is listed.
The Mac should now connect to the printer and setup the printer on the desktop.
